Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Section 11 – Returns and Refunds

Section 16 – Free Gift Scheme Terms & Conditions

RajLaxmi Jewellery offers a complimentary free gift with selected products, coupons, and time-based offers. The gift and its value may vary depending on the active offer at the time of your order.

RajLaxmi Jewellery acknowledges that the free gift is a promise made at the time of sale. In case of a genuine issue from our side verified through a valid full parcel opening video as required under our policy we will be happy to provide the appropriate resolution.

If you did not receive your free gift:

A full parcel opening video as our policy is mandatory to raise any claim. No claim will be accepted without this video. This is a strict company policy of Raj Laxmi Jewellery and no exceptions will be made.
The missing gift must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a valid partial opening video. Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
As a goodwill resolution, the missing gift will be fulfilled in your next order at no additional cost — this is our standard resolution process, not a denial of the claim. To ensure this, you must inform us about the missing gift before your next order is dispatched. Once informed, you will receive 2 free gifts in your next order — one as compensation for the missed gift and one for the new order. No changes can be made after the order is shipped.

General:

The free gift, its design, or item may vary based on the active offer and availability at the time of dispatch.
Offers and free gift schemes are time-based and subject to change without prior notice. However, any change will only apply to future orders and not to orders already placed.
RajLaxmi Jewellery reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any offer or scheme at any time.
Placing an order means you agree to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
