Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Return/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

• Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

2. Select your order and choose Return or Exchange.

   • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our office:

3. A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (we’ll request your details).

• The return shipping fee (₹150) is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• If you prefer a different size or color, choose Exchange while raising the request.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• The Exchange shipping fee (₹90) is Charged

Important Notes

• A parcel opening (unboxing) video is required for faster claim approval. Please:

  • Start recording before opening the parcel.

  • Show the sealed package, shipping label, product, and invoice in one continuous shot.

  • Clearly highlight any defects or issues.

• Unauthorized returns (without approval) may be delayed or refused.

• Items with missing tags, visible use, or damage (other than transit damage) will not be accepted.
